Motorway C-16, exit Montserrat.
Motorway Barcelona-Terrassa by Vallvidrera tunnels.
If you access the Sanctuary by private vehicle, there is a paid parking service managed by the Patronat de la Montserrat.
Buses Julià.
Departure from Sants Bus Station (Barcelona) at 9.15 am and return from Montserrat to Barcelona at 5 pm. In summer at 6 pm.

Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya.
From the Catalan Government Train Company (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya). From Plaça Espanya Station in Barcelona to the Aeri de Montserrat Station or the Rack (Cremallera) Train Station in Monistrol de Montserrat, every 60 minutes.

From the Monistrol de Montserrat station of the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya there is the possibility of connecting with the Monistrol-Vila station, where the train leaves to take visitors to the heart of the Sanctuary.

From the station to the Sanctuary.
Summer timetable from Monday to Sunday from 9.40 am to 7 pm. In winter, on working days from 9.40 am to 5.15 pm. Weekends and holidays from 9.40 am to 6.15 pm.
